My Air Source Heat Pump was installed and then commissioned by RDI Renewables on the date that they said they would, all my questions where answered about the pump, the job was very neat and tidy, and RDI up-graded my ASHP to the next generation of heat pumps without me asking them to, the underfloor heating and hot water from the ASHP is very good indeed, plenty of hot water and it is very hot, and the underfloor heating is very warm, although i am still to get used to the thermostat controls - overall i would totally recommend RDI.

Good job done by RDI renewables very professional , Had electric storage heating system removed and airsource , central heating and boiler installed , Took around 5 days for installation as had to have pipes run under floors, very high standard of workmanship from team. House a lot warmer and using less power now ,Would highly recommend this company System just newly installed but impressed so far will post further review at later date once system has been running for a longer period of time!

The installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very good at explaining everything to us and helping us make the right choices. The installation work was very well done, and is the system is operating very well. They also came back to take care of a small problem that occurred in the old part of the system, not what they had newly installed. The only complaint would be that they started the project without having made sure that they had all of the materials that were required for the task. So when it turned out that one of their suppliers had not sent a needed item, the project had to stop and leave the job half done. Because of this the job stretched on longer than had been planned. Aside from this issue, all went well and we are very satisfied with the installer.

Supply chain issues due to the Covid pandemic resulted in delays in delivery of the air source heat pump from the manufacturer. Upon arrival of the heat pump RDI arranged timely installation which was completed within a couple of days. Ryan is very knowledgeable about ASHP systems and answered any queries quickly and professionally. Installation now complete and to date the system is working well.
